HOTLAB was born from the urge to try things, create and break the routine. From the idea that eating can be so much more than sit down, order and leave.

Where it all starts. Brioche bun, fresh beef or pork sausage and your pick of ketchup, mustard or mayo. Simple, no fuss. Add extra cheese or bacon for €0.50.

The one that never lets you down. Philadelphia, mango chutney, creamed cheddar and crispy onions. Creamy, sweet-and-savoury and crunchy — basically comfort food in a brioche.
